• When will my site be on the first page of Google?

  Normally it takes between 15 and 60 days to bring a site to the first page of Google. This time depends on various factors such as the site’s original position when our service is contracted, the selected keywords and how they’re used on the site, the level of competition, and others. In some cases it may take 60 to 90 days, and although most of our clients’ websites do reach the first page, some never do — which is why we only charge for our services when your website reaches the first page, based on the set of keywords you have defined.

• When will I be charged?

  You will only be charged when a search on google.com.br (using the keywords you defined) shows your site on the first page. At that moment, the first monthly payment will be deducted from your credit or debit card. No payment will be charged to your card before that.

• If I contract more than one phrase and not all reach the first page, how will the billing be handled?

  Our subscription is tied to results per contracted phrase. If you contract several phrases, we will only charge for the ones that reach the first page. If the others also reach the first page later, we will add their cost to your monthly fee.

• How do you know my website has reached the first page of Google?

  To avoid influence from cookies and browser settings, we use tools such as SemRush, ScaleSerp and WhatsMySerp — independent third-party platforms — to check your website’s ranking at the moment our services are contracted and to monitor its progress until it reaches the first page.

• How is the service payment made?

  You can pay with a debit or credit card.

• Do you have any tips for me to achieve better results?

  Since we want your website on the first page of Google as quickly as possible, when you sign up we will review your website and the keywords you selected and, if needed, suggest small adjustments that will help you get better results.

• What is the contract duration?

  12 months starting from the moment of the first payment. The contract will automatically renew for another 12 months at the end of each period, until the contract is explicitly terminated.

• Can I cancel the service?

  You may cancel at any time after two months from the first payment. Most websites tend to revert to their original position, so we always recommend maintaining the service so that your website remains on the first page.

• Will the monthly price of my contract change?

  The price will be frozen for the duration of the contract.

• Do you work with any type of website?

  We do not promote adult content, gambling sites, or websites that promote the use of weapons and/or violence.

• Is Visibox compliant with search engine guidelines?

  Yes. Our platform is designed to build and strengthen trust from Google and other search engines towards our solution. We comply with all international standards, and our technology uses only white-hat techniques. We do not use practices such as click-farming, bots, backlinks, or link building.
